أصدرت المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان قائمة الشركات العاملة في المستوطنات غير الشرعية في أرض دولة فلسطين المحتلة، تنفيذا للولاية التي أنيطت بها، وتنفيذا لقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان ذو الصلة.

ورحب وزير الخارجية والمغتربين رياض المالكي بإصدار القائمة، مشيرا إلى أن تنفيذ المفوضة السامية ميشيل باشليت لولايتها يشكل تعزيزا للمنظومة الدولية المتعددة الأطراف والقائمة على القانون الدولي في مواجهة محاولات تقويض هذه المنظومة.

وشدد على أن نشر هذه القائمة للشركات والجهات العاملة في المستوطنات انتصار للقانون الدولي وللجهد الدبلوماسي، من أجل العمل على تجفيف منابع المنظومة الاستعمارية والمتمثلة بالاستيطان غير الشرعي في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة.

وأكد المالكي أن العدالة الدولية هي تعزيز لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني وتساهم في ثباته على أرضه وحماية مقدراته وموارده الطبيعية التي تستغلها إسرائيل، سلطة الاحتلال غير الشرعي.

وطالب المالكي الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة ومجلس حقوق الانسان بالإطلاع ودراسة هذه القائمة، وتوجيه النصح والتعليمات والتوجيهات لهذه الشركات بأن تنهي عملها فورا مع منظومة الاستيطان باعتبار ذلك انتهاكا للقانون الدولي وأسسه ومبادئه.
